Hungarian singer Mitsou filed a lawsuit against the queen of pop Beyonce Knowles- Carter claiming that Beyonce used her voice in the opening of popular song drunk in love which features her husband Jay Z.
According to TMZ, the lawsuit filed by Mitsou whose real name is Monika Miczura, claimed that Beyoncé, Jay Z and producer Timbaland used a Roma folk song she recorded in 1995 for the first 13 seconds of the 'drunk in love' song.
Mitsou claimed the Beyonce track used her song Bajba, Bajba Pelem by digitally altering her voice with auto-tune. She also claimed in her lawsuit that Beyoncé transformed her song about hopelessness to a song about sexual desires.
The lawsuit filed against Beyonce is seeking damages and also a court order prohibiting anyone from playing the song with her voice.
The question however remains why did it take the Hungarian performer an entire year to decide that Beyonce used her voice on a the popular song?
